Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s showtime! The Suffolk Center and Young Audiences Arts for Learning have partnered to bring you professional theater artists as we dive into local Suffolk history: the people, the drama, the innovations that brought Suffolk together. Students will take classes in the fundamentals of Theater, costume design, set design, improvisation, scene writing, and the Strasberg Method. Students will develop their own scenes from what they learn within Suffolk’s rich history. A final performance will be open to the public at the end of the week.
A healthy lunch and snacks will be provided this week so just bring yourself and your best impersonation!
Jump on board and join The Suffolk Center and SYLVAN Learning in the fun as we embark on a week-long trip of a lifetime! During your child’s 5 day journey he/she will uncover exciting S.T.E.A.M. topics such as Lego Robotics and Lego Engineering. They will explore the world of video game and graphic design, all while learning a new language, video coding! They will improve their problem solving skills as we engage in fun and challenging math concepts taught using the arts and movement!
Campers will need to bring a sack lunch everyday but healthy snacks will be provided!
